"I have never experienced a place with this type of business model that has been good news. Until I tried Rent 2 Own in Middletown. They are kind, friendly, and honest. They understand real life isn’t perfect and sometime unexpected expenses arise. They are understanding and have a great selection to choose from with fair pricing on big ticket items! Specifically, kevin. Our interactions with Kevin have felt like we’ve been talking to an old friend. Do your self a favor and ask for him, and try out Rent 2 own!"
"Just left this place! This amazing lady has top notch customer services! Didn’t have to waste my time as I have been there in the past for short time rentals- she got me the furniture I needed and made sure I will get it tomorrow! She’s calm and communicated with clarity. I needed bank beds for kids guest for a week! She went over 3 different options they had, prices, and made sure I am making informed decisions! Lesson learned from this visit- if you need to rent an item, you can get it for however short time you can, but minimum charge is 3 weeks- so be mindful of that! Overall prices went up but still in reasonable range! I do recommend this place! Was not sure if I could take pictures and show but I grabbed two and will post them next!"
"Hello Middletown, my wife and I just moved here and it’s been great! We had gotten everything but we still needed a couch and a refrigerator. Rent a center helped us out with that! The manager was awesome as well as the guy who delivered them. He told us how beautiful our home was and we have been trying very hard to get to where we are and it made us feel great especially while enjoying a cold drink on our new couch. There was no pressure while we were in the store and the manager was very helpful. The store was clean and we enjoyed our time there, I don’t know what else to say really but if you need appliances or furniture and don’t have the money this option isn’t bad as long as you know you can get them paid off. Paying them off early even saves you a good chunk of money! Thanks to everyone at rent-a-center for your help."
