After realizing it was the actual air coming from the vents (especially heat), we called Firelands and Bill came out ASAP to explain the process of air duct cleaning. He gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of surveying the job so my husband and I could make a well-informed decision quickly. They scheduled the actual cleaning within a couple weeks and Kevin and Dan came out and did a phenomenal job!!!
