"Told me that my vehicle's work was serviced, completed and ready for pick up, but the work wasn't completed. They should've told me with my mileage before/while scheduling my appt. that they wouldn't service my vehicle, then 3 days after getting my vehicle back we get a call that they extended the manufacturer's warranty, and to come-in and schedule an appt. again, nope; what a joke. Wouldn't trust the service manager's answers."
