"I have nothing but nice things to say. I do not enjoy being stood over when I’m looking at furniture, so when I came in I was greeted by Tom, who told me he was there if I needed anything or had any questions. I told him what I was interested in and he sent me in the right direction. I sat on all the couches. Found the one I loved and went to look at fabric. I knew I wanted to connect with the designer. She was sitting with all of the fabric. Sydney was so super helpful and so kind. She came to my house measured my room. Worked on a design with all of the pieces I wanted in the room. Then we had another appointment to finalize the layout and pieces and colors and she suggested I change the pieces I had chosen and they fit my room so much better than what I thought I needed. I’m super impressed and I’d recommend this store 100%"
"Jamie at the West Carrollton la-z-boy store was the best salesperson we have ever worked with. The paperwork was already completed when we arrived all we had to do was sign, we sat in our new recliners and loved them. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Outstanding experience, Thank you!"

"Purchased a recliner, I'm a repeat customer. Very pleasant experience. The only issue was the delivery charge. I am picking up the recliner at the store where I purchased it. I was told to bring help with loading the recliner. I had to pay for the recliner to be shipped to the store from Columbus Ohio. I feel it was a jab/junk fee. I feel this might make a difference in weather I will be a repeat customer next time."
"Excellent experience. seamless actually. Sarah is such a good sales representative for the La-Z-Boy company. Very professional—and helpful, but not pushy. Order placed on a Thursday, delivery the following Saturday. Delivery service was wonderful as well; timely & kept us informed. And we love our new living room!"
