"I dropped my car off the night before my 9:15 appointment the following day, for a simple oil change. My car wasn’t ready until 5:00, with them closing at 6:00. When I mentioned I would pick it up the next day no one informed me they would be closed for the next 3 days. The lack of communication is appalling."

They completed my alignment and multi point inspection in a timely, Professional fashion, And if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have known it was almost time to replace my rear tires. The estimate of both cost and time required was exactly as I had been told. My advisor also offered an estimate for a future purchase of new tires and after checking around, I find his estimate to be a very competitive one. I was very happy with my service today."
"Horrible with time management. When I arrived @12:00 (my apt time) was told 35-45 min for an oil change . After an hour of being in the waiting room, I went back to ask how much longer,just to find out that my van has just been pulled in so I’m now 90min in to my 35-45 min appointed time. Having asked what was the hold up I was told I’m doing what I can. So long story short if you want something productive done with your Honda I would go somewhere else because they do not care and cannot manage there time. And now I have to reset my own oil light glad it was free."
