"I dropped my car off the night before my 9:15 appointment the following day, for a simple oil change. My car wasn’t ready until 5:00, with them closing at 6:00. When I mentioned I would pick it up the next day no one informed me they would be closed for the next 3 days. The lack of communication is appalling."

"Horrible with time management. When I arrived @12:00 (my apt time) was told 35-45 min for an oil change . After an hour of being in the waiting room, I went back to ask how much longer,just to find out that my van has just been pulled in so I’m now 90min in to my 35-45 min appointed time. Having asked what was the hold up I was told I’m doing what I can. So long story short if you want something productive done with your Honda I would go somewhere else because they do not care and cannot manage there time. And now I have to reset my own oil light glad it was free."
