"Good and cheap, looking change oil, some brake pads, tune up or minor repairs, also a second opinion, ask for Berna, he will help you and you will save a lot of money and time"

"BEWARE**** My vehicle was taken to this business to have new break pads put on. I was told by one of their mechanic who was working on my car that I needed to purchased a kit at an autozone before it could be done. After purchasing the kit for $98 the mechanic put the brakes on. Why is a customer responsible for buying tools to have their car repaired. In hindsight that should have been an immediate red flag but a friend had mentioned this business so I trusted her recommendations. After the work was done I noticed a burning smell. Later I had another mechanic look at because of the smell. The mechanic confirmed he could get to the brakes without needing a kit. Once he took things apart he noticed the breaks were put on backwards. As a result I decided to go back to the shop. When I inquired about the tool I purchased and never got back, I was asked who was my mechanic. The owner got involved and he could not remember who his mechanic was? So the owner does not have records on their employees? Sounds fishy that the owner could not look up or even know who the employee was. He chose instead of trying to resolve the issue to state he doesn’t know who it was and they normally tell people they can rent the kits versus purchasing. Maybe they pay people off the books sounds like they need to be reported. I will be addressing this company via better business bureau. I would not trust or recommend this business."
