"My wife and I purchased out first and so far only washer and dryer from Dunn's about 5 years ago. We went to several used appliance stores. I was ready to give up and go buy new after every place we went offered nothing but junk being pushed by used cars salesman. One place did have a nice set that caught my eye, but it was more $$$ then Best Buy for the exact same set new in box. It has been five years and our washer and dryer are still going strong. When we purchased they came with a warrenty and a guarantee if we had any problems in the future that the only cost would be for parts and not labor. They delivered in a timely fashion and took great care to not scratch our hardwood and also removed the old set. I have recommended Dunn's many times over. They are a great, honest small business.
