"Lousy customer service. The finance guy was rude and I didn’t even use their financial services. Went back a month later to buy a second Jeep Gladiator and the appraiser offered me $6k less than my current truck is worth for a trade in but was complimenting how nice my truck is and needs nothing to be sold the same day. I know they have to make something off of my trade in but it was a disrespectful offer and the condescending attitude got under my skin."
