My daughter accidentally dropped a couple laundry beads on the floor when putting in washer an when we came back to dry and clean up she didn’t listen to anything just extreme rudeness and had us take our wet clothes home! "Being open 24 hours is very convenient, which is nice. The washers and dryers all look relatively new. They were very clean. However, the dryer works TOO good. Watch your clothes when they’re drying. Their dryers will scorch!! There is a restroom inside, however the door for it locks at 11:30pm. If their clock is off, this might vary by 10/15 minutes. There is a snack/soda machine inside. Snacks/soda are coin only. Snacks range $1-1.50. Soda is $1.50 for a can, and a bottle of water is $1.25. There are carts inside to easily transfer laundry, with a bar on top to hang laundry. There’s benches and tables to sit at. There’s tables to fold at. There’s a tv in the corner. There’s a machine to exchange cash to quarters. The machines will take both quarters and card. Dryers are $0.25 for every 10 minutes. Washers vary based on size and weight capacity. I used the largest and heaviest weight, a 60lb triple load, and it was $6.75 I believe, and there was also about a $2 extra fee to use card. If I remember right, the smaller machines were around $3. The downfall of this place, is location. This place, is in a not so great area of town. Trust me, I know the area all too well. At night, it did not feel safe here. I am thankful my partner was with me. Don’t get me wrong, there were other kind, gentle people, who just wanted to do laundry in peace, or maybe have a harmless chat. What ruined it, was the amount of completely obvious dug addicts. Some, were openly talking about their habits, loudly, to strangers. They also had a freak out and made a scene plenty witnessed. Also, their first trip in, they walk in with a pit bull on a leash. This place has quality things, but it won’t flourish unless in a better and safer location."
