"I just wanted to get on here an let everyone know my experiences with Ben at Bedrock Transmission he had my Cadillac Escalade about 3-4 weeks which he let me know up front he was busy which didn't bother me at all since I couldn't drive it anyway. Once he started working on it he was very good about keeping me up to date on the progress. He had to work on it longer than expected because of some of the other issues the truck had but let me tell you once I came to get it he walked through everything that was wrong and what he did an how things work which I really appreciate an the truck drives an shifts like a brand new truck. So glad I had a buddy at work tell me about him an even after all the extra work he had to do it was still cheaper than everyone else I called probably because he knows what he's doing and everyone else just charges way to much so they don't have to do it. Anyway all in all 5 stars for sure!"
"Good place. He did his best to get me in and out of his shop because my car had a linkage issue with the transmission. Only problem was he did charge me 50 dollars for 15 minutes of work to put a pin in my transmission to hold it in place which sucked. I still recommend. Got the job done and that’s what mattered"
