"Terrible customer service! Bought a clutch from them. Did not come in box or sold with complete parts. Clutch didn’t work. Took my grasshopper into the service dept. to have them check it. Said clutch was missing a part and proceeded to charge me another $780 over the price of the original clutch, but told me clutch would be under warranty and I would be refunded that amount. Paid my bill and was charged on my credit card $ 2300.00 and took me 2 weeks to get that straightened out and multiple phone calls. Never did warranty the new clutch that was purchased there. To top that off I was told the mower was ready and get there to pick it up and it would not start! Just awful customer care and service!"

"Some of the mechanics are grumpy and they didn't return the equipment clean after repair. Greasy hand prints everywhere. They Tore out the wiring for my back up camera and didn't put it back so I had to do it. Repairs were pretty quick tho."
"Shot me an honest fair deal, actually a great deal from the start. Hands down the best purchase experience I've ever had. Eric was great and the lady in the office who did the paperwork (sorry I don't remember your name) was great too!"
