"I came across Braden Ford when I was doing a search online for a used Ford F-150. I was attached to Braden Ford because of the 10-year 150,000-mile warranty. I worked with Zach and John on a used F-150. The buying experience was easy, non-pressured sales, and the entire deal was incredibly transparent. So fast forward a few days and I bought the truck on a Tuesday. On Wednesday morning we left for vacation in the vehicle we just purchased. While we were on vacation, I sent Zach a video of an odd sound the vehicle was making. I was directed to bring it in for service when we get back. A day after we got back, I took the truck back to the dealership and I had a rental vehicle waiting for me. My meeting with the service manager was well received and again I had another transparent conversation about the issue. After a few days my truck was ready to go with zero cost to me. I am approximately two hours away from the dealership and when I arrived, they were closed. My paperwork was all waiting for me in my truck (as we had planned) and my truck has been running great ever since! I will definitely return to Braden Ford for other vehicles in the future.
