"Had my taxes done here two years. First wasnt bad, but i didnt have much to report. Second year I had an investment property, and an LLC. Clearly stated this in person and in writing when I brought my forms to them. When I came to pick up and review my financials they had me pay, and then reviewed. They had not completed any of my LLC or investment taxes. Told me at that point it would be extra, and I had never asked for these to be done initially. Even after I showed them the paperwork I filled out for these services as well as the email I had sent requesting. They then wanted to charge me full price to start all over instead of just charging me the remainder to complete LLC/Investment property."

"If I could give less than one star I would. I used their service for several years prior to 2017, and after.. and was happy. I guess when my taxes got a little more complicated it was beyond their experience. I’ve been dealing with an audit from my 2017 taxes with NO help from LWS other than a couple emails with the office manager and maybe a short call from Blake which was useless. Most of the time I tried to reach them they were in “meetings”. I will say when I was first audited and was able to reach Blake I was told for him to handle everything they would have to charge me by the hour and it could get really expensive. I go to a tax professional because they know the laws, otherwise I would do my taxes myself. My advise, go somewhere they GUARANTEE their work and have your back because regardless of who prepares your taxes it’s all on you. I’ve been fighting the IRS for 9 months now. I‘ll leave it up to a good tax attorney at this point, thanks Blake. Also... the one year I couldn’t make it to LWS to get my taxes done, I had H&R do them. Later (the fallowing year) when I was able, I took them to LWS to see if H&R missed anything, well they didn’t miss a dime. I’ll keep using H&R and not a bookkeeping company that is more worried about making kooky and silly videos for social media before taking care of a client."
