"Would not recommend this company at all they will sell you a unit install it and then not even 4 years later recommend you buy another unit to put into your house cause the Gibson unit they sold you is junk . Within 3 year we are in our 3rd Compressor. It’s sad when the guy working on it tells you to blow it up because he has never worked on something that is such junk. Tom Carney recommended this product to us, so as a Business owner you should back any product you carry or recommend to customers .But not Tom Carney he will leave you with a unit that does not work and refuses to work on it anymore."
"I had Carney come check my central air conditioning. It is an older system and wasn't cooling enough. The tech came, changed the filter (that I supplied) even though it wasn't due for a change yet. He wouldn't even check the coolant because the system is older, charged a service call and recommended I buy window units. I said i would like to replace it and asked what I needed to do, he said to give him a call. I already did! 5 days later I had a different company stop in. He cleaned the outside unit, added coolant and it works fine. I highly recommend NOT using this service!"
