"Good for a clean and press but expensive for alterations. I've had a good experiences with Osborne Cleaners in the past: inexpensive clean and press without going to heavy on the starch and I've never had an article of clothing damaged while in their possession. Recently, however, I inquired if they did alterations to which they do however I do not know if they do them in house. I've attached a copy of the the receipt to take in three suit jackets. Mostly just sleeves just being taken in and one jacket having the back taken in. As you can see $174.00 is pretty substantial for those type of alterations and unfortunately the quality of work received was not reciprocal with the amount paid as the additional photos show. I should have inquired and been provided an estimate of cost before turning over my suits, but live and learn. Good: Inexpensive wash and press Bad: Possibly out-of-shop alterations. Poor value alterations."
