"This place is a joke. I brought my dodge journey in because I had a shaking and rubber burning smell. The charged me 1200 just for it to do the same thing on my way home. I called them and they wanted me to bring it back for more work. Why would I bring it back and give you more money after you didn't fix the issue I brought it in for in the first place. They acted like they knew exactly what it was, when I called back the second time. So why on earth didn't they fix it the first time I brought it in rather than "fixing" things that weren't broke. Replacing parts and charging me for parts they'd replaced 6 months ago. Definitely a rip off."
"They've been doing maintenance and repairs on my vehicles for over a decade, so they obviously do great work. Also, they work hard to get me into their schedule quickly, which I really appreciate. They're honest and direct about what's needed and don't try to "up-sell". The final price is always very close to any estimate they've given me, and the cost is well within reason."
