"Until recently, we have always had a good experience. However, I called about having our tires replaced,per their recommendation just the week prior, and was totally brushed off. I was told to call back when I know the tire size. I asked if they could check based on the make and model, and since they had just quoted my husband the week before.... and I was told to call and make an appointment when you know. Ok, I get that they are busy and understaffed like everyone, but it's not ok to make people feel like a giant inconvenience. Even if you have to call them back later, I didn't need the appointment for a few weeks so we would have had time to order in tires, but he just kept saying I can't make your appointment unless I have them in stock. It was like he wasn't even listening to me. I would be willing to guess if my husband had called and not me he would have been taken seriously and treated with respect. Regardless, I ended up going with another shop this time."

"Middlefield Tire went above and beyond for a customer of Nelson Ledges Road Course who (unfortunately) left the surface and plowed through a swampy area. His tires were in terrible shape, and one losing air. He found Middlefield Tire online, called ahead to ask if they could help, and they indicated they may be able to help but he needed to get there soon as they closed at noon (on Saturdays). He asked if anyone could give him and his tires a ride to this shop, and I volunteered. The thorough explanation of what had gone wrong and what could or couldn't be corrected was greatly appreciated, and their quick work to fix what they could is something you don't encounter often. I asked for some business cards to take back to the facility, so we could make it known to any driver there having tire trouble to use this company when needed. ""Steve" was really nice! He got me in quickly even tho they were booked solid. The mechanics were very helpful and managed to pinpoint and fix the problem with in just a few minutes. They have a fair labor rate and the mechanics seem knowledgeable. So thanks guys, I will be back!"
