"HORRIBLE company to be dealing with. Would NOT recommend to anyone. I have been a repeat customer for almost a decade. My account has been In good standing and I have repeatedly recieved what they deem courtesy phone calls but I think of them as harassment phone calls every Friday (my account is due on Saturdays) for a while now, I have personally spoken with District saying to please not call me unless my account is past due, I don't need a courtesy phone call (my account is not past due til sunday) he said he put in a note to not contact me unless it's past due and since I have been inconvenienced that he was gonna take care of this week's bill, Monday came and calls started again and now a past due fee. So not only does this company harass their good standing customers they lie to them as well. Do not offer to take care of the week If your not gonna stand by your word. Makes the company extremely untrustworthy. I spoke to a representative on the phone and said they don't call people until it's past due and called me a liar. I dont normally get loud bc I know what it's like to have rude disrespectful customers but I definitely lost my cool. I have a phone log of harassment phone calls to the contrary proving they have been calling me and when I told him; the district said he'd take care of it he questioned me again and basically said I was full of it. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I highly recommend you stay away from this untrustworthy, rude company. I have worked customer service, retail and part of a management team since 2010 this has got to be the lowest I've ever seen. Use a different company to save yourself a headache."
