"This place are nothing but lies! I took my Cadillac there for a muffler job. They said they could do it. I dropped the car off early in the morning. They had all day to do my car. When I called them after work to pick my car up they told me they couldn't do it and that they tried to call me. I went to pick it up and then the guy told me that they didn't have the parts in hand. That they tried to call me. He said my phone rang for 10 seconds and it went blank. I showed him my phone where they never called me at all plus I said to him you never called me back to let me know? He said what do you want me to do now? I sad nothing because I won't come back ever again!!"

I had the pleasure of having a gentleman by the name of Sam go out of his way to help me in a tough situation and you don't seem to get that much anymore in today's world. This business has been around along time here in Painesville and you can see they truly care about their customers and the people in the community. You don"t stay in business as long as they have unless your doing it right. Hats off the them!"
