"I brought in a dolls dress that is the same age as the previous one I brought up to you guys. Upon inspection I noticed the small stain was still there on the sleeve, the hem was not fixed And it wasn’t dry cleaned like I asked. However the receipt shows all the services I requested and the charge. The lady in the front said she called me. I do not have a record of this call or a message left. Saying the dress is too old for them to clean and the purse and jacket. I signed a waiver clause if you can’t do the job I would have found somewhere else that could or I would have returned the doll if I couldn’t get her fixed."
