"Unfortunately the wash and fold service has been consistently poor. I’ve sent laundry in several times and had one shirt ruined, a lost sweater, my laundry was lost (but then found), and the most recent time I received someone else’s laundry mixed in and folded with mine. It seems like it would be a straight forward job but clearly this place has some work to do. There was one time when everything was correct and the clothes were actually folded nicely. Clara left a note to say leave a review. She seems like an excellent, competent worker. Every other time has been messily folded. I love that the laundry smells nice and fresh, but it’s not worth losing clothes and the ones that are returned, having to refold everything. If you had only people like Clara working there you’d have a fantastic service!"

"I needed some things washed and needed it back as soon as possible so, I called Tide Cleaner's. I contacted the Blue Ash location. I spoke with Clara who was extremely easy to talk to, she was willing to help with my issue!! And gained a weekly customer!! Thanks so much Clara!!"

"I recently switched to the Tide Cleaners in Blue Ash and was very pleased with my 1st experience. The young lady was very friendly and nice, she got me entered in their system quickly processed my order and to my surprise the order was going to ready the next day!! This location is super clean, organized and was a good value for the amount of clothes I had for laundering and dry cleaning. I will be a regular customer now at this location!!"

"If I could give this place a ZERO , I would!!! Not only have they not paid me or reimbursed for the dress that they lost ( or stole?) that went magically missing while it was there to be dry cleaned , I now have discovered the dress that came back to me is literally still dirty with stains… was it even cleaned at all…? It is also missing a halter strap that goes around the neck! This place is a joke and so is there management … I have been given the run around for nearly 2 months now on getting the money back for my lost items . We will see if I ever actually get it …"
