"I went to Wilson tire on 11/18/23 because my rear tire on drivers side had a nail in it. I repeatedly told them which tire. They gave me my car back, trusting they did their job right. 11/27/23 I go to drive my car and my tire pressure light came on. I got out of my car and the nail was in the same tire in the same exact place as other one. (I had marked it with a small orange marker before I took it in) yet they charged me $28.96 to plug the tire that they actually didn’t do any work on. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again! Always double check the work!! Scammers to me! Will be contacting the BBB as well. To me they don’t even deserve a one star. Plus my tires were all at different psi when I went to leave as well. My car sits at 32-35 psi…one tire was 31, another was 29, another was 32, and another was 36."
