"I chose them base on convenience having a shop in Findlay.... I should of just went to Lima to another competitor...(which i ended up doing)... I got the brow and my two front windows done on my truck pretty simple tint job... get my truck back and notice that the brow lines are jagged and uneven... and that there is a gap at the bottom of my door windows where the tint was cut short.... Called them up told them my concerns which they were very polite and said the would fix it... I show up to my appointment to fix my tint and they did not realize who i was... to which they started talking about me saying i was looking for a handout and i was complaining about nothing and that their lines were perfect blah blah blah.... ( i was not looking for a handout.. i didnt even ask for a discount, i just wanted it to look good) So... they then realize who i am and the older gentleman is very apologetic about them talking about me.... anyways they do my replacement tint job... the brow looked really good and the lines were very clean on it.... i was very happy with the brow.... the door windows look really good rolled up no gaps .... finally after 5 days of letting the tint cure i roll my windows down.... the lines are terrible at the top of my window... and where they wanted to make sure they didnt cut the tint short they left too much on the back side of my window where it slides up and down in the door... it was hanging off the window almost a quarter inch on both windows.. so everytime i rolled them up and down all you heard was the excess tint crinkling where it was hanging off of the window... The tint started ripping off because of the excess tint hanging off the windows and if i drove with the windows open all you heard was the tint flapping in the wind.... neadless to say i left it at that and didnt even call them back to fix it... again.... i went to lima and got the door windows fixed and now they are perfect.... i took pictures of the first go around tint job they did... i should of taken pictures on the second tint job but i didint.... and just to prove a point that i wasnt looking for a handout like their employees said, i didnt even ask for my money back (even though i should of)... Next time i wont be so lazy and ill drive down to lima to get my tint done."
