"They were very clear with what options could be installed in my home, along with the exact price for each upgrade or add-on. We ended up going with a 96% efficiency Bryant furnace, plus we added the whole home humidifier and iWave to help reduce dust blowing around the house. We also replaced our AC unit outside as it was significantly less cost to do them together. Also a Bryant, with 16 SEER efficiency. They were 10 minutes early for the morning appointment which we appreciated, and they immediately began removing the old units. They cut off the old brackets that the original AC unit was mounted to, and laid out a nice gravel pad for the unit to rest on the ground. Which makes the house much quieter when it runs. Thankfully, there were no unexpected problems with the entire job, so they were done by 5p. They handed me the invoice for the exact total that was agreed-upon a few days prior. Now my house is HOT and we love it! I definitely recommend you pay the extra for the whole-home humidifier. (Only runs in the winter) You’ll feel the heat difference on your body, and won’t need to crank up the thermostat to where you usually keep it. Thanks again FRS, we’ll refer you to everyone who asks!"
"Quick response & excellent service! Our A/C was running constantly and unable to keep the house cool. Robert arrived and explained the steps he was going take and kept us informed throughout the process. Customer service was awesome from our first call for service until our unit was fixed. The night after our A/C was fixed we had to turn the thermostat up as it was cooling so well. Highly recommend FRS and will call again if needed in the future. Thanks!!"
