"He fixed our water heater and two weeks later the water stopped working. I asked him kindly if he could come and look at it. He said yes and once again didn't show up. Trying to find someone to fix the problem. Have me a time two times and didn't show up. So I wrote a review as bout it and he got mad. I did notice he had a lot of complaints I should have believed them."

"I had plastic water lines with a shut off valve running into my filter system, I asked Webbs to replace the lines with pex and put a new filter system on, to make it easier for me to change the filter. He changed the lines, put on the new filter system.... did NOT put a shutoff valve on it. When I asked him if the black lever on top of the filter was the water shut off... he said yes. Guess what? It is not. To shut off my water, I have to now shut my well pump off! Not convenient. I tried contacting him on MULTIPLE occasions, which he PROMISED me he would be over to put a shut off valve back on it ... he would never set up an actual day or time... I've been more than patient after 3 weeks and multiple "NO responses" from him. I will now have to pay someone else to fix what he should have done in the first place. I will never recommend Webbs Plumbing to ANYONE!!"

"David Webb is respond quickly to a job and submit a quote for a replacement well pump, and replace old house pipes. However, he was hours late to start the job (we were told 9am start time-he showed at 11am). No call/text to advise he was late. He did “complete” the job, take final payment and advise of 2 yr warranty (parts and labor). We noticed problems with plumbing w/in 24 hours, told David and we was suppose to return to fix the following Monday. It is now Friday-and no show from Webb Plumbing and David will not return calls/texts. Project was $4500. He gets 2 stars for quoting job and get job mostly done. Lack of response, not completing the job, and poor warranty makes me unable to refer Webb for future jobs. Update-Webb did return to fix problems with plumbing 10 days later. Increased to 3 stars."

"David was very friendly. He understood our situation and came out quickly. He went out of his way to pick us up a new garbage disposal and installed it the next day. He got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be contacting him in the future for our plumbing needs. Thank you very much David."

"These guys were great! They were kind to my elderly Mother, they explained exactly what the issue was and their plan to repair it, and they didn’t stop. From what I heard and saw, they were effective and efficient. The cost was reasonable too. Polite and professional. Not silly. I will be calling David Webb for my plumbing issues from here on out."
