GreXen Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

"If I could zero stars I would yo go try and conduct business at someone’s business again without making contact with the owner and manager is beyond me. Update, invoice pricing changed from original work. Update, professionalism goes a long way. After speaking with Eric we were able to come to a mutual understanding, to the error of communications and complete the job today after the missed appointment though. Will update photos after completion. So far “Grexen”, has completely left us unsatisfied with their halfway finished job. After being lied to for an hour and 1/2 today I figured this was necessary. From scheduling, to communication it has been a disaster. Complete lack of professionalism. Was told a job COULD be completed, only for them to flip flop between it being able to be done and not being able to be done. Poor planning when bringing equipment to complete the job, like forgetting an adequate sized ladder for the job. Was told the interior hood system was cleaned only to find grease coating the panels and trap. Also I don’t understand the reason of changing the point of contact to someone else half way through the job, to someone you haven’t spoken to once. Their lack of professionalism has halted my business opening now at least another week(began design planning for cleaning and installation of access panel ~2weeks)."

"We had some scheduling issues with Grexen, but they took full responsibility and offered to make it right. We have re-scheduled the job. Three stars for now - let's see how they perform."

"I own the sushi restaurant for ten years and I try so many different hood cleaning company , But I really like the Grexen.Especially Rodney and Christian are good , They kept asking Anything else ? I said , can you clean this and that . They did it without question, they really care about make sure customer is happy , I'm very happy , I will request them next time for sure ."

"I worked for this company.. it feels like racism towards white crew. One team was smoking weed all the time right outside the building. One team left a gun in the center console without anyone caring. We were left without a bucket or proper tools for jobs. Whenever we could get together to let them know we needed the tools it was ignored. We can't do set up and pull Down without proper tools. Poor management and poor time control for scheduling. When we did leave finally the boss didn't even care about us or why we left. Didn't try to care about what was wrong."

"Horrible experience (October of 2019) where they spilled grease all over our neighbors building and parking lot. Did not dispose of anything properly and left a horrible mess. It honestly looked like they just dumped everything out of their vehicle into the parking lot. When asked to make it right, they eventually brought out a crew to help clean it up, which wasn’t much help. My husband had to leave work to clean because it was so bad and the surrounding businesses were furious. When I asked them to make it right (as I was told we wouldn’t be charged due to the issues) the representative told me that as a consolation we wouldn’t be charged twice for making them go back to our business to clean up the mess that they made. WHAT? of course I shouldn’t be charged for you to come back and fix your mistake. After approval from a boss, we were offered a 10% discount. Gee, thanks. horrible experience, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and use a different company."
