Take 5 Oil Change

"Went to Secor location like I always do for oil changes, tire pressure fills, etc. Today I needed air in my tires and a worker turned us down if we didn’t get an oil change. I’ve NEVER been told that and we ONLY went there because we KNEW we’ve always done it here and usually receive good service but for some reason the guy seemed to be having a bad morning and took it out on customers…. They all came out of the back when we pulled up so it’s not like something else was going on. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE AND OFFERED TO PAY/TIP. Disappointing"

"I believe his name was Marco. I called before my visit to see how busy the shop was. He shared that they were slow at the moment, but it could change drastically. I arrived at 08:03am. I got right in and the staff got busy with my service. My filters were checked, my options for oil change pricing was reviewed, every step was explained before the action took place. Marco did an amazing job explaining the benefits of certain things like changing filters. The staff made sure the oil wasn’t leaking, asked about windshield wipers, and filled all my tires as needed. I was able to get to work by 08:30am and my job is about 12-15 minutes away from the shop. If that isn’t quick and efficient service, then I don’t know what is! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and amazing service!"

"Don and rob made me feel feel like a VIP. Water bottle , nice friendly welcome. Tight squeeze but my Silverado made it around the corner. Felt like a race car pit stop. Tires. Wipers. Filter. Price was legit , all have warranty’s. Gave me the full run down. Taught me why my horn double deeps when my tires are low. Hands down the best experience Pitt stop. And I’m from out of town so props to toledo"

"Tyler and Don were great in getting my oil changed. They were friendly and quick. Explained the process and kept me well informed during the process. It was great not to be pressured into anything and just being told my options in regards to the maintenance of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend as they also offer a top off service for free (limits apply)."

"The head technician Marco was very informative and his team was very efficient and friendly. They didn't push any sort of sales on me and just gave me some recommended maintenance so I will most definitely be returning and would recommend this location to anyone in need of basic car maintenance. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they even topped off any other fluids that were running low 5 stars all the way!"
