"I went for an oil change on Sunday 7/16. I previously had been in 06/03 for an oil change but the car is driven to AA everyday and was less than 100 miles on sticker from needing changed. I told the man that I was taking a trip to pictured rocks Michigan where there is nothing up there. He refused to service the vehicle even after my multiple asking. Barely checked the vehicle even after asking him to since I was taking a trip. Popped hood showed me oil. Tried to tell me if I was driving from LA to Sacramento every day I still wouldn’t need an oil change as much. Called AAA and they told me they would definitely recommend the change as now the vehicle is 1000 miles over the sticker. When I first went in employees were complaining they didn’t get a break today. I guess they wanted a break and not to do their job. Vavolinae used to be my go to for oil changes however you have lost my business."
