"I wasn't even able to get my my oil changed, unfortunately. Waited for 30 minutes despite having an appointment which completely defeats the purpose for having an appointment. We had kids in the car so timeliness was the main reasons for giving Take 5 a try. Was really hoping to switch from Valvoline for a more affordable route as well, but never had an issue like this with them. Not a good encounter for my first time. Had they made us aware the car in front of us was having issues we would have made the conscious decision to come back at a better time. Save your time and go to Valvoline down the road."
"All the techs, service members, managers, etc. were great they took their time and addressed all my needs and wants. I needed an air filter which I knew, they did not have it in stock and were going to get it at auto zone for me, but auto zone would not have it until the next day. And they still were willing to go somewhere else, to accommodate me. I appreciated their fervor. I will continue going to take five!!"

"The new be gentleman was awesome and very helpful. The service was overall fast. The 2nd person who came over was going to charge me the wrong amount and when I pointed it out he was not too happy. I had to ask several times for them to check all my fluids and tires and eventually they did the tires."
