"This place is a joke!!! I’m going to file a complaint against the owner with The Better Business Bureau. For having non working machines. There is never anyone here if you need change if the change machines are out of change. The people that are supposedly the ones that take care of the place are rude. The so called maintenance guy is a complete jerk. So I suggest if you need a laundromat. Go to the one in Sabina. Please if you have had any trouble with this please do as I’m doing file your complaint with The Better Business Bureau."
"One of the washers we tried using was broke then when we finally got stuff washed we had to hunt for a working dryer. I don't ever remember this place being this bad when I was a kid. I was really disappointed there is no number to call when there's a problem and no on-site staff. Only one dryer in the picture works"
"Most of the machines were out of order. We are from out of town and needed to wash a few loads. No other laundromat in area so people are stuck losing money that they probably don’t have. I probably lost $20, because the ones that didn’t say out of order, didn’t work. Do better for your community, Spahr Klean Laundry."
"Almost all of the washers are out of order. If you want something to drink, make sure you bring something. Plus, I had to try three dryers before I could even dry my clothes. No phone number to call if you're having trouble and one on on sut to help. I won't be doing my laundry here ever again."
"Seems more machines out of order then actually working, place is dirty, no attendants or signs to direct you how to get a refund when the washer eats your 14 quarters and then doesn’t work ...... this is a cesspool ... I’m leaving and going to the smaller, much cleaner and well staffed laundry across town. Oh one last thing, watch your kids... there are safety hazards! See pictures"
