Your Family Maid

"I hired this company to clean my father-in-law’s house. I live out of state, but I asked my brother-in-law to be present during the 3 hour cleaning. They showed up without supplies and late. My brother-in-law was beyond upset because all they wanted to do was talk. The gentleman ran the kitchen sink for 45 minutes until my brother-in-law asked to shut it off. They spent 2 hours in a very small kitchen. The job was mediocre. I flew 4 days after they allegedly cleaned the house, and the place looked the same as before. I had to clean the whole house again. All the toilets (2) were dirty, one of them is downstairs and nobody uses it, so I know they didn’t even touch the 2nd bathroom. Please do not waste your money with them!!!"

"They charged 100 dollars an hour to clean our house and it took them three hours to clean two and a half levels of our relatively small home. The quality of the cleaning was good but they did not clean the mantelpiece or wipe the kitchen table down very well. It just feels like it took a large amount of time and money for the service that was provided. There are definitely cheaper options that would clean your house just as well."
