"The customer service is poor. They ruined a pair of my pants and I was given the run around for 2 weeks. I asked for a refund, or some sort of reimbursement for the pants, and the supervisor told me no after telling me the week prior they could. I asked her for the owner's number and she would not allow me to speak to him. I received nothing but an attitude from them. Finally, I sent an email to an email I found on the website, and luckily the owner actually was the one who replied. The owner rectified the situation almost immediately, so for that, I give the owner props. The rest of the staff, not so much."
