"This establishment is currently downsizing their clients and we were forced to find another accountant. This means that we needed the past five years of tax records for the new office. We requested them from Beucler and they charged us $20 per year. $100 to select a file, click and print. A reasonable charge for the paper, ink and 5-10 minutes of work would be perfectly acceptable. But $100 for approximately 200 pages?? The office staff was also exceptionally rude when the request was made stating “that’s why we give you a folder each year”. Because of extenuating circumstances, those are not available and wouldn’t be needed if this business was not forcing thier long term faithful customers to go elsewhere. Maybe just one more reason they are not a thriving establishment."
