"I could not have asked for a better experience. The customer service was excellent. Dustin explained the whole process of cleaning and servicing a fireplace, as he worked. He was meticulous, and the cleanup was unreal.Nothing had been displaced, and you would never have known, after he left, that a service representative had been there. I later had new fireplace doors installed, and the service I received then was equally as good as my first experience with Bowers. Their prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend you use them for any fireplace and chimney repairs/servicing you may need in the future."

"I had Bowers out once to clean and inspect the chimney and then again to install a new ventless gas log. Very tidy operation, he was ahead of schedule for one visit and one time for the other visit. I plan to have them back out in the spring for an inspection of the chimney and most likely some repair work. Now when people ask about chimney and fireplace repairs I know just who to recommend."
