"I will forever swear by Allied Services Inc. for all of my HVAC needs!! During the single digit Temps this week, my furnace stopped heating. Called Allied Services and they dispatched Nick out that afternoon. He diagnosed the part he thought was the problem. Turns out, after waiting until the next day for the part to come in, the gas valve was not the problem. Ended up being a blown control board. So now I'm up to 2 replaced parts and a few hrs labor, plus a service call charge. After all was repaired, the Manager made everything good when he only charged me for the control board part at cost and the initial service call. Saved me about $300. That's what you call putting the customer first!! Thank you to the team involved!! I know who my first call will be to in the future!"

He is always patient with me and answers all the questions that I had. He told me the time frame that Seth would out and he got back with me to let me know what was the problem. "Nick came in and was very personable and went to work right away. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace. He let me know that everything looked good and the furnace was functioning properly. I am very satisfied with the service I received today. Allied Services installed my furnace and AC unit several years ago and I haven't had any trouble with it. I am very pleased with the services Allied has given me."
