"Won't go here again. Went in for a quick wash on Thursday night not expecting much. Ended up with the pleasant surprise of my paints clear coat missing in at least 3 different spots! Makes sense, since both my wife and I were surprised by how strong the spray was and since it sounded like it was going to break the windows."
"I appreciate having a local car wash. I can't seem to get there when an attendant is present. Last night the auto-wash drive-thru was weird dispensing a huge amt of blue wash (twice) during the wash cycle. Machine would Not take paper money of any sort. The spot free rinse left a white residue (that's never happened). So, I pulled around to the self serve to rinse the vehicle. Used a credit card for $2 purchase since I was out of quarters. I have great difficulty standing. It was cold & blustery. But the car is clean now!"
"Skip this car wash, it will disappoint you. Three visits in a row there was no super soap to be found. The last time (9/24/2020) the attendant left as I found this out, which means they are not trained to check the machines for low levels of anything, or they just don't care. Fix this situation, and I'll be back. Not. Three strikes, you're out. Update: 5/17/21: my rating is downgraded from two stars to one. After waiting more than long enough for this problem to be rectified, I decided to try this car wash again. No super soap again. The attendant came out, tried the super soap for 30 seconds after I tried it for a minute. Nothing but air. He told me he would "go see what's going on". When I was done washing my car, he was gone. No explanation, and no more quarters to compensate for what I lost. This place is a joke, and obviously doesn't care about it's customers."
"I'm glad bluffton has a car wash but it desperately needs updated. The vacuum hoses are in bad shape some are taped and dont have much suction power. Also a new coin machine one day would be great!"
"It's a car wash, but not well maintained. They have trouble keeping the super soap available to the customer. This is needed to actually clean your car. No one tells you it doesn't work. You don't find out until you've pumped $7 in quarters in to the machine. This is the second or third time that they have had these problems. And it will stay this way for weeks/months. I wish there was another car wash in town."
