"Always honest and fair and gets it done in a timely manner. Cody is my go to for all my mechanical issues or questions. Been going there for years since I was right down the street from them. Still going now that I'm over 30 miles away"

"Time after time, fast, accurate, honest, competitively priced. I have learned to lean on Beverly Auto Care and Larry and have had much less stress over vehicle maintenance. Never had to take a car back for the same thing, either. Cody is doing good work also."

"Just needed an oil change. Got me in and out. Had my brakes done here last June and bought new tires. I like local family companies over the chains. Better service when they have an interest in the company"

"I called Beverly Auto Care because they're within walking distance of my home, as a bad set of RR tracks busted the axle and some other things on my car. I needed to have it towed somewhere, so I called and asked if they work with insurance companies, due to the cause of the needed repairs. He told me they did, and that I could have my car towed there. I agree that Liberty Mutual is pretty horrible when it comes to doing any claims business with them, but for some reason it took literally 3 weeks to get my car back. So when he called me and told me it was ready for me to come get, to my surprise it was only partially fixed. I no sooner pulled out onto Detroit Avenue, just to find that my steering wheel was sideways (still is) and it was obvious that the car didn't get an alignment (no brainer for those types of repairs)...not to mention it keeps making a popping sound from the repair area. He and Liberty Mutual kept going back and forth, and all he needed to do was submit any newfound repairs that weren't in the estimate, and that Liberty Mutual would cover the supplemental work that was due to the tracks. Honestly, I'm tired of leaving messages to find out when to bring my car back. Last time I saw/spoke with him, he had agreed to send Liberty Mutual the additional repairs for review and then let me know what my expenses would be, etc. I've yet to hear from him, nor has Liberty Mutual (per the adjuster). In my last voicemail, last week, i even asked Cody to please at least let me know if he changed his mind about finishing the work, so that I can take my car elsewhere if he wasn't going to do it. I've still heard nothing from him, so the adjuster advised me to take it to another shop. I'm really disappointed, because a lot of things he agreed to do, he just skipped out without any type of professionalism or communication. I'm glad I can take the car elsewhere because it's frustrating having to call multiple times and never get a response; even one of his coworkers said he'd have him call me back, but he didn't call. I just don't understand why the car wasn't fixed appropriately, at least what LM was covering, and his lack of communication and professionalism. So here I am, still with an unsafe car and no reason why."

"Had them go through my 2005 Pontiac GTO from stem to stern, a low mileage muscle car that I'm very particular about. They found some issues, corrected them and did an excellent job. The price was very fair considering the amount of work and everything was explained to me in detail. Everything you could ask for from a locally owned business, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll be using them from now on for my auto needs."
