Used them once for a large repair 6 months ago and was quoted about 800 less than a commercial chain. Got in and out today on a minor repair in no time, and again, for less than I would expect to pay elsewhere. Work is done in a timely fashion and the woman running the shop is very good with communication and follow up. I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else in town ever again for any work needing to be done on any of our cars."
