"The best place in Columbus to have your wedding dress cleaned! I bought my dress as a sample and it needed to be cleaned before my wedding day. Margret was amazing! She went through all the stains with me and took time to explain how to care for the dress once got it back (she knew the material just by looking at it). She was clearly very knowledgeable. I was going out of town and asked if I could leave the dress there for a month after it was ready to be picked up (no problem!). She even gave me her personal phone number to contact her with any issues and a little bag with a “wedding survival kit” (white gloves for touching the dress, white thread, lint roller etc) for my wedding day. The dress came out looking beautiful- good as new! She even secured the lose threads for me, and promised to send an email with instructions on how to pack the dress up to travel with it to the wedding. All in all, this place really goes above and beyond for their brides- they are the ones to trust with your wedding gown!"

"If you’re looking to get your wedding dress preserved, this is your place to go! The staff was unbelieveably kind from the very beginning. The woman (I cannot remember her name :/) that originally took my order as well as Margaret, the one in charge of the wedding dress preservation process were both extremely personable, asking to see pictures of my wedding and asking about our honeymoon. Dipali was also extremely helpful when I picked up my dress and even held the door open for me (the box is pretty big). My dress got finished 3.5 months quicker than originally quoted, the price was beyond fair, and the final product turned out beautiful along with many personal touches such as gloves and a hand written note by Margaret included. I hope in several decades I’ll be able to pull this dress out for someone else to cherish as much as I did. Thank you Dublin Cleaners!"

"Good service but overpriced for wash n fold. I am traveling for business. I used 3 different companies during my stay in Dublin. One company was below avg. Second one provided good service which costed me $26. Cost for same amt of clothes was $44here. Almost double!!! Only reason I didn’t go back to the second place was due to distance. If it wasn’t for traffic and 15 min extra drive I wouldn’t have come here. Most places go by weight for washnfold. But here they have a minimum. It ticked me off at first but to save time and I agreed to the price. Edit 10/07: just back to Houston. My mistake not to check the bag before leaving the cleaners. Missing one from each pair."
