"Our furnace went out during a cold snap. We decided to call him because he was local and had decent reviews. They did show up the next day and spent about 15/20 minutes looking at it. Granted it was not a typical repair as the furnace in our home is located in the attic. Said the inducer motor was bad and he would have to try to find one. He got back with us a couple of days later and said the part was no longer available and it could not be repaired. Charged $120 for a service call and told us to call Reliant Mechanical. We ended up calling another company who came out, went through everything, found the part and once received, they had it up and running in 15 minutes. Would not recommend"
