"My 2018 Certified Camry had 64,000 miles when I took delivery. Now at 69,000 it needs the 60,000 mile maintenance, which is $1100 and new brakes for an additional $1200. If you don't mind spending a couple thousand on maintenance as soon as you drive off the lot then shop here."

"Overall experience very good, people I dealt with knowledgeable, on talking to the tech he explained what was needed Although a repair is needed & was left with no alternative to what they offered other then a full cost replacement, which should not be necessary on a 4yr old vehicle with less then 35000m, said part is not under warranty"

"This service department is inefficient. They refused to fix my recall. The toneau cover comes off while driving, which it did and caused the damage on the cover, which they will NOT replace. They did not text or call me to tell me my vehicle was not able to have service completed and they would need the vehicle another day. They did not call me to tell me my ride was on the way as they said they would. The time before that when it went into service, I asked for an oil change too, which the scheduler said would be done, but when I picked it up, the oil was not changed and I had to make an additional appointment and bring it back again. I live 23 miles away."

"I’ve waited to leave this review to see if the service manager Mike was going to attempt to resolve this issue but apparently he is not. I bought my truck from jim white and I’ve only ever had it serviced there. When it was due for an oil change i dropped it off like normal. I requested a transmission fluid service as well as correcting a TPMS light. Those items were complete like normal. The first surprise came when i picked up my paperwork. There were items on the inspection that needed addressed but the service advisor did not cover with me. The technician noted that there were three bolts missing from the skid plate. This was a huge surprise because like i said, the only place to service this truck was jim white Toyota. I found another service advisor and he was able to get that issue corrected while i waited. The technician also noted that the battery was bad and that it needed replaced. Apparently it was low on the cold cranking amps. Unfortunately, this they were not able to replace the battery right then but the second service advisor assured that i could bring it back and get that battery replaced, sounds convenient. Since i didn’t want to get stuck in the middle of the winter i went to a battery shop and had the battery tested, it passed. On one hand I’m glad the service advisor didn’t recommend it but now how can i ever trust the technicians that are clearly dishonest. The biggest surprise and disappointment came when i went out to get into my truck. It was left with hand prints in multiple spots on the chrome door mirrors and handles and a scratch on the drivers door where it looks like it was opened into a post. My truck is a 2017 so it’s not new but i do not expect it to be in worse condition when i pick it up. Overall I’m disappointed in the service they performed and how i was treated after i brought these issues to their attention. I’ll be taking my truck to another dealership going forward and I would not recommend jim white to anyone ever."
