"Had a washer fault out on me (water valve on machine stuck shut) so I called the phone number on their sign inside. It took about 7 or 8 calls to get them to answer. I was desperate as my clothes were about to be trapped in a washer for an entire cycle and it was near closing time. Luckily the machine my clothes were in had an exposed plug, guy on phone told me to disconnect it and wait for the door to unlock so I could pull out my clothes. Never did get my money back, even after giving guy on phone my address. Also not air conditioned AT ALL. Coming here in the summer is horrible."

"Worst dryers I have ever used and most of them don't work and the owner doesn't seem to fix them or even mark them as out of order so you lose money and you get 6 mins for one quarter which doesn't even heat enough to dry a sock the only good thing is it's always empty so you can do your laundry in peace."

We have 6 triple load washer 1 mega load washers an 20 regular load washers. Complete remodel inside. Very clean and secure with excellent lighting plenty of seats inside an out. TV to watch and vending."

"I'm only giving 4 out of 5 stars because they seem to have only one large capacity washing machine which is really great for giant quilts. It wasn't busy when I came so I got lucky and was able to use it. The place is very clean very shiny with a nice new TV"
