"Do not attempt to use this service. I issued a check for a dishwasher part after being told the part typically shipped in one day. The check was cashed 6 days ago and now the listed phone number gives a recording saying the call cannot be completed because “the number you have dialed has calling restrictions”. I will happily change this negative review if the service is completed."
"Service technician came to house and took dryer apart and when he reassembled it there was extra screws left and parts still sitting on floor. Thought he was taking parts with him but no he just forgot to put them back in the dryer. Was supposed to come 3 days later with a circuit board but didn't show up. I texted him twice to find out if he was coming and no response. I now have a perfessional company to fix it. I would not recommend hiring them but if you do good luck."
"My 6 year old refrigerator needed a new condenser. John had it up and running in 2 days. He offered to stop in the evening to take a look at it but I assured him that was not necessary as I had a fridge in the basement. He also repaired my dryer on a Saturday!!! Prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend!!!!"
"Our washer quit working, which can cause quite a panic. I called John and he responded the same day, came to the house, made a couple of phone calls and got the washer running post haste. He was very friendly, and left the laundry room cleaner than it was when he arrived. I am very appreciative of his skill and would highly recommend him. He's in my phone under Appliance Repair. "John's service was exemplary. Timeliness of his service was spot on, and his knowledge of our malfunctioning Kenmore washer, diagnostics was completed over the telephone, he ordered the required replacement parts and they were ordered/acquired/and installed within 2 days of initial call (which by the way, was off hours and a weekend day). His price was very reasonable....I could've completed it myself but would have taken me hours/research as opposed to his minutes...I will call him again if need be...No complaints at all..."
