His estimate was realistic, he completed ALL the work within the budget-and didn’t price gouge us or try to upsell us! He cleaned up after himself, and he’s a nice guy. Mid-Ohio Restoration is someone I would recommend 100% to anyone who has mold problems or a wet crawl space. He provided pictures of the work afterwards (he did take pics of the before also) since I am unable to get into the crawl space myself. Very, very satisfied."
