"I was trying to find my part on the web. I was having some trouble. My buddy needed to go to Adrian for water softener parts. I went along, and he was nice enough to stop at three of the chain stores. Finally stopped at O'Reilly. They didn't have my parts, but David was helpful enough, but still no parts."

"I was delighted that they were able to quickly get the part I need as the other stores mentioned they normally don't stock them. I was a bit disappointed when I showed up at 9:30 AM, 2 hours after their posted opening time, to find the store completely vacant of employees. Currently waiting in the lot for someone to show as I'm in a real bind without the part... Edit: the person who was supposed to open quit without notice. The new hire and assistant manager were apologetic and helpful. Didn't catch his name, but the new hire was extremely polite and quick to act when he recognized the store had not been opened."
