"I brought a pickup in for a alignment, a few small repairs, and a check over. They had the truck for over a month with no updates. When I called and said I needed it whether it was ready or not. Only then was it suddenly going to be ready the next day. At the time we went in to pick up the truck they didn’t have a bill prepared. Fast forward a few weeks. They didn’t send a bill like they said they would. But they did call on a Sunday afternoon with a really poor attitude demanding payment. So we paid promptly the following day. Now here’s the really bad part; NONE of the small repairs were completed, the front axle still wasn’t aligned, AND I found a spring shackle hanger rusted nearly IN HALF on the front axle! I suspect the truck never moved from the spot were it was dropped off. I’m pretty disappointed and I wanted to like Kuhlman’s. They were really polite face to face. So I don’t know what went wrong."
