"I've worked with this company for years now, and I enjoy the flexibility of the work. I am able to work around my husband's ever changing work schedule, and I am thankful for that. I would say there is almost any kind of schedule you could need. It just depends on the accounts' preferences/needs."

"Horrible service. They had to use my bucket, my ladder, my tarp,and my Sawzall. What professional company does not have their own tools and has the audacity to ask the customer. To make matters worse when cleaning up flood damage they caused more by cutting through an upstairs water line. They ruined personal property of mine which they watched me throw out after some pics were taken and days later asked to see ruined property. Which was soaking wet and leaking water. Which is why I threw it away. Then they paid 150$ for loss. That was not enough. Worst company ever. In response to owner on this review our flooding was reported Monday afternoon and the soonest you were able to come to our residence was Tuesday . So your response time gave you ample time to bring proper tools for next day job. Also in response to your tiny bathroom space comment our bathroom had a 60 inch wide tub and it's a full bath with a five foot vanity. So I would not say tight space . And yes your worker went to hardware store to get parts that he cut through because if he didn't we wouldn't have had water in our house."

The boss is a very good boss, who actually considers his employees to be more than just employees. There is respect here, for our job, for us as a people."
