"Out of all of the dry cleaners in Lima, Bob's is the best one. The building is old and a little disheveled but the service and clean was fine. I sent them over $1000 worth of dresses to be cleaned.. just about every single one of them was shrunk or the seams were torn. One dress still had a spot on it; they did take that back no questions asked and it came back clean. Very unfortunate experience because they seemed friendly throughout the process."
