"Good- fixed the issue, very quick and timely. Bad- wants cash or check, wants you to be there for that. We live in a time of cashapp venmo etc and they still prefer check. Said he would come between 8 and 12 well I work 1st shift. He shows up at 8 no call ahead to let me know he’s coming and becomes disgruntled after I’m not there to pay him when I still had to run to the bank because I’m not able to predict what the price is going to be. I called him told him I was on my way and he Kept knocking on our door waking my wife up multiple times (3rd shifter) asking if I was still coming. Customer service is definitely lacking and billing process is antiquated."
"We were considering replacing our washing machine, because it had not been draining right for over a year. It was working well enough to hold onto, until one day it just stopped working completely. I called Metzger’s for the first time after a local business recommended them to me. They came out the next day and got it working again. Unfortunately, the issue was not completely resolved with the first attempt. When I called to let them know, they told me the only other thing it could be required the replacement of a part. They told me the price upfront and after approval ordered the part. It took a few days to come in, and when it did, John made sure he got there right away to fix before he left for vacation. I was so grateful I didn’t have to be without my washer any longer than necessary. It’s worked great since that fix. . Service was professional, friendly and very fair priced. I highly recommend!!"
"Prompt and efficient service. Diagnosed our dryer next day and had the part and repair a week later. We were expecting an invoice, but they wanted cash or check right away. We didn't have any checks or several hundred dollars on hand so just be aware of that if you need a house call."
