"$7000 blown on a tiny bathroom. Broke tub in three places upon installing, terrible job with woodwork around wall vent, tub surround installed incorrectly, and paint started chipping on custom drawers within 3 months. Won’t return calls! I’m not a rich person and I’m So upset with the shabby job for that huge price tag and the customer service is terrible."

"If you’re wanting any remodeling done. I would not suggest using Kitchen & Bath Plus Of Celina. We saved up and waited on list for almost a year. Spending that much money and not being satisfied with the work is very difficult. Had custom Linen cabinet ordered and received a full size one. Which takes up almost half of our tiny bathroom. Said could fix or give 200 off. Informed me that it could get really messy doing it, So I took 200 off because they didn’t know when or how long it would even take. It already took 2 weeks to do the remodeling. I was so frustrated with this that, I just wanted them to be done and out. Because when they were putting in the linen I told them it was too big, but it got anchered and sealed to the sink anyways! So why couldn’t it be fixed before all that even happened!! After one and a half weeks of things being complete we already have mildew in multiple corners of shower. In addition to the cabinet and mildew. We found issues with our new vent and areas in the new shower that were not properly caulked. They were quick to correct the issues that they could, but it is just frustrating that so many issues were found in the first place. B. Lippi"

"You wont find better people than the people of kitchen and bath plus. They go above and beyond when comes to thier work, they have pride in thier work and wont settle for anything less than 100%."

"Ugh where would I start? The mess in basement using my wine making pale to collect drain water. Using a piece of wood that was part of a $600 wine order I had made. Then the 1/2" Gap in the walls and doors not operating correctly. Simple would I hire them again NO! Custom service after the sell nonexistent."

I was impressed on how quickly they got back to me. They came out within a week to quote the job. When I made my decision to go with them the job was scheduled and they were there prompt on the start date. The job was finished very quickly and they were extremely professional.
